Audio Librarian Plus - FAQ (CD and mp3 Cataloging Software)

1. When I run the backup module, after a few seconds I get an error message:
"Error opening file" Cannot open file: *.TPS
Audio Librarian Plus cannot be running when performing a backup or restore. Exit Audio
Librarian Plus and run the backup/or restore program again.
2. Cannot access the FreeDB server to download information.
This could be caused by several things. If you can't download from the CDNow site and
you can access the internet with other programs, then the most likely cause is that your
firewall is blocking Audio Librarian Plus from access to the internet. Configure your
firewall to allow Audio Librarian Plus to access the internet.
If you can access the CDNow site, but not the FreeDB server, then the FreeDB server
that you are connecting to is probably down. You can switch the a different sever or wait
for the server to come back on line. To switch to a different server select the following
from the main menu: File>Setup>General Options. Select a different server from the
dropdown list
