To avoid this problem, exit from Book Librarian Plus when you want to perform a
backup/restore and use the procedure below:
Click on the Windows Start Menu>All Programs
Locate the Book Librarian Plus Menu
Click on the Book Librarian Plus Menu and select baxkup-restore.
This should bring up the backup/restore program and you can proceed with your
backup/restore as normal.
If the program asks to create the CFG.TPS file answer “Yes”. This should only
happen once if at all.
If the above does not solve the problem, contact customer support.
