Click the Add button on the movie list screen. The add a movie screen is displayed below. Complete the applicable fields on each tab and press the OK button to save. The Movie tab contains basic information about the movie title along with cast information.
Library Tab
The library tab contains purchase, loan, personal viewing information and fields to hold miscellaneous information. The button to the right of the date fields is a lookup calendar, that can be used to select and enter a date. The button to the right of purchase price and value fields is a calculator that can be used to enter data into those fields.
The Check In button will clear all the borrower information when a title is returned.
Multi-Media Tab
This tab will hold links or you can enter links to a cover image, web movie clips, a clip stored on your local drive or a sound track. Movies downloaded from the internet will most times automatically store a cover image and sometime store the link to a move clip on the internet.
Click the buttons to the right of the media fields will play the clip if available.
Review Tab will contain a movie review if downloaded from the internet (if available).
