To print VHS Spine Labels select Report>VHS Spine Labels
Highlight the label you want to print. The Avery 5199 (most common) or compatible label as 15 labels per sheet. There are some VHS labels that have 14 labels per sheet.
Highlight the applicable label to print. Enter the number of the first tape you want to print and then enter the number of the last number you want to print. If you just want to print one label, enter the same number in the first and last tape# field.
Start Label # lets you specify the position on the sheet that you want to start printing.
NOTE: You should initially print your labels on a plain sheet of paper and then compare the printout to see if you need to make any adjustments to the printout. If you need to make adjustments, highlight the applicable label, press the Edit button and then make the adjustments using the screen below.
Make adjustments using the Shift Fields Horizontally or Vertically Only. Do not change any of the other fields.
