This window is the heart of the program. You will use this window to maintain your inventory, search, locate items and much more.

Select the Views drop-down list to see your data displayed in a different layout. Views that you define will be listed in the drop down list. See View Wizard for more information on creating views.
You can also re-arrange the display order of fields using drag and drop. Left click on a column and drag the arrow to were you want the column to appear and release the mouse button.
To change the sort order of the list click on one of the tabs (Title, Tape#, Category, Director, Year, Media, Type). You can also sort on any column, by right clicking on the column header. You have the option to sort in ascending or descending order and also the option to hide or unhide the column. See the pop-up below that is displayed when you right click on a column header.
There are also 20 buttons labeled A to Z across the top of the window. Clicking a letter will cause the list to move to the location of the first item of the selected tab starting with that letter
