The module allows you to import data from Manage Your Videos 98, Video Librarian for Windows v4.0 to 4.12. Data from Video Librarian for DOS can not be imported into the program.

 

Manage Your Videos 98

 

To import data from Manage Your Videos 98, select File>Import>Manage Your Videos 98. Use the screen below to locate the file to be imported.

Type in the location of your Manage Your Videos 98 file or use the lookup button to locate the file. The name of the file to import is video.tps.

 

Once you've located the file, Click the Start button to import the data.

 

NOTE: Data cannot be imported from Manage Your Videos 95. You must first update to Manage Your Videos 98, then import the data.  Contact customer support (support@turbosystems.com) to obtain a copy of Manage Your Videos 98.

 

 

Video Librarian for Windows v4.0 to 4.12

 

To import your Video Librarian for Windows file, select File>Import>Video Librarian for Windows. You will be provided a file selection box like above, you will be looking for the file VLB.DBF.  Once the file is located, press the Start button to import your data.

 

 

Video Librarian for DOS

 

Import of files from Video Librarian for DOS is not supported in this program. It is not technically possible to import data from the old programs directly into Video Librarian Plus.

 

We can convert the old DOS data in-house into a format that can be imported into Video Librarian Plus.  The fee for the service is $50.00 . We reserve the right to discontinue this service at anytime.
