The setup screen allows you to configure how names and titles are displayed when they are imported or downloaded from the internet. You should configure these items when you first start using the program.

Set actor/actress name to Last, First..
If left unchecked the name would be displayed as "John Wayne". If check the name will be displayed as "Wayne, John".
Set Director name as Last, First..
If left unchecked the name would be displayed as "Steven Spielberg". If check the name will be displayed as "Spielberg, Steven".
Automatically update the actor database when data imported or downloaded.
The actor database is sperate from the cast database. An actor can only appear once in the actor database. If you check this option an actor/actress will be added to the actor database if they are not already in there and this option is checked.
Move "A", "An", "The" to the end of movie titles.
If this option is checked an a title begins with one of the above, it will be moved to the end of the title before it is saved, i.e. The Ten Commandments would be saved as Ten Commandments, The if this option is checked.
