How we manage your information

High Availability

Turbo leverages readily available services on AWS public cloud to ensure 99.9% availability of customer instances. To that end, Turbo deploys services such as EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud), RDS (Relational Database), AS (Auto Scaling), ELB (Elastic Load Balancer), VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) and AMI (Amazon Machine Image) among others.

Security

Turbo uses inherent platform capabilities of the AWS public cloud to ensure network and storage encryption. All business data is stored only in customer’s Systems of Record after authenticated by users. Application metadata and data on Turbo’s servers and mobile app are stored in encrypted databases.

Access

Turbo protects the data at rest, in transit, and in use by providing secure access to the data platform, and securing all data and metadata through encryption. Turbo uses OAuth for authentication and authorization, and uses a secure HTTPS connection to perform data operations using the System of Record’s secure API.
